i'm taking one of my nephews to the titanic exhibit today. i went when it was here last year and without being too melodramatic i have to say that it was a little uncomfortable for me. it's a fascinating exhibit but seeing clothes, letters, and other very personal effects of those who died feels a little like checking out the haul from a grave-robbing expedition.
