i had yesterday off and was just phoned and informed i have today off because the kids are once again down with the flu. i offered to come up for a few hours so their mom could run some errands but she doesn't want ME to get sick so here i am. i don't mind it but today i really have nothing to work on and i'm afraid too much time inside my own head is not a good thing right now. so...i think i'll go take a swim and maybe do an extra yoga class.
