the bad thing about meeting with surgeons is they give you graphic details about what's going to happen, what could go wrong, your chances (in neat percentages) of not making it through even a basic little surgery. and honestly, i would rather not know. plus, paying someone large sums of money to scare me and/or gross me out is not a fun use of my hard-earned lucre.
