VEG and I have discovered we are both cooking polenta recipes today...I'm attempting to make polenta with leeks and gorgonzola -- the tricky part is going to be carmelizing some fennel and onions...the last time I tried to carmelize onions I almost caught my kitchen on fire. I'm a pretty good cook but I can't ever seem to get through the process without some kind of "I Love Lucy"-type mishap...
