Then come to Chicago, where we reached a balmy high of 53 degrees today. This blows. But I did take a nice fog-enshrouded walk on the beach after work. I did my usual walk from Evanston up to Kenilworth and didn't see another soul on the way up or the way back. The solitude was quite nice.
