Went to Frenchie's this afternoon. We had dinner then came down here. Sat on the stoop and watched the very local fireworks display (there's a guy on the block who buys a ton of fireworks every year and does quite the show...), listened to some loud music, going to drink some wine and play cribbage as soon as le F. is out of the shower...

I had a pass for rockstar's show Monday but the drive to Milwaukee was too daunting on a work-night...and I also ditched out on Bach & co.'s show up there yesterday...although I believe Miss Fairlywell went...oh well. I will, however, PAY for a ticket and go see the New Pornographers Sunday night. Oh yes.

Frenchie would like to see this page but that would be a big mistake... Starting with the fact that I refer to him as "Frenchie" and going downhill from there.
