I think I might have made Julia self-conscious by teasing her about seeing THE SPICE GIRLS MOVIE. To make up for this, I would like to confess the following:
I saw "Sparkle" (the Mariah Carey movie). Oh yes, I can tell you how I went with my friend Rob because he wanted to see it, how we laughed at it the whole way through...But none of that will negate the fact that a) I spent money to see what surely is the worst movie made in the past 20 years and b) I sat through the WHOLE THING.
