Do any of you want to sublet my cheap but delightful apartment? It's a 3-bedroom on the top floor of a small building -- quiet and clean. 13-ft. ceilings, sorta lofty kitchen/living room area, one good-sized bedroom and two smallish. It's at treetop level so the light is excellent (there's a floor-to-ceiling bay window in the living area and windows on three sides) and the view is nice as well. The bathroom is small but has a clawfoot bathtub and a shower.
The rent is cheaper than than what you'd pay for a much smaller apartment in this neighborhood - good landlords, good neighbors, 5-minute walk to the Blue line, 10-minute walk to the grocery store, laundry in the building, yadda yadda yadda. Did I mention how cheap it is? It's cheap. Seriously.
