I overheard one of the customer service people on the phone this morning. She was trying to explain to a customer that a certain item is brown...and that brown is not in the "blue family" of colors.

I don't think I could ever work customer service because it would pretty much be like a Crank Yankers sketch. That or I would just yell "Dumbass" into the phone and/or hang up on 80% of the people who called...
