Older charge was illin' today, so I went to the office to pick up some work for his mom, did a few more errands and came home. She just called to tell me that he has scarlet fever as a result of strep. Poor little guy. Scarlet fever sounds so old-fashioned and dire but all it really means is a rash and a stomache ache to go along with the sore throat.

Dropped off the last of my holiday gifts to a few people this afternoon. I got Justin a subscription to Ready Made, which in my opinion is a very Justin mag. I hope he agrees. Besides, he already subscribes to all the good porn magazines, so what was I to do?!

I would like to say that the terror alert is not a big deal but since S. is potentially flying up here soon, I am freaking out a little bit.

Yesterday I bid in and won my first eBay auction. I am very excited to be the proud owner of these awesome Temporama cups and saucers.
All I need to find now are a few serving pieces and I'll have a complete set. And this excites me because I am a huge dork.
