Plow disk cookin' apparatus. [ 2005-01-11, 10:31 p.m. ]

~~~
For Christmas, S.'s dad gifted him with a bbq grill made from hammered-out plow disks. The lower disk rests on a tripod and holds the charcoal; the upper is where you do the cooking. A screw thingy in the middle allows you to raise or lower the upper disk according to the required heat level.
Behold the bbq pre-firing. (Please note the horseshoe handles, which add an extra touch of "farm".)
It burns! It blinds!
And what do you use in such a thing? Not ordinary charcoal...you use the COOKIN' CHUNKS!
