I successfully avoided all the 9/11 retrospective crap yesterday. I don't need a "real-time" feed on CNN or Bush's lame attempt at justifying his murderous rampage in Iraq to remind me of what happened five years ago.
I think the most positive thing I can say is that my friend, whose husband died in the south tower, recently remarried and had the most beautiful baby girl I've ever seen. She is happy and life does indeed go on.
