among the bizarre things offered to me via mail or phone promotion today:
"simon the scripture bear" - a stuffed bear with embroidered patches on his paws, ears and "elsewhere". kids press the patches and hear a wholesome scripture verse. (who knows what they hear when they press the patch located "elsewhere" on simon's body.)
"stevie nicks: the enchanted works collection" - a steal at $50.00, yet somehow i think i'll take a pass.
does anyone do marketing research anymore?
