When I call to complain about an error on my bill - an error that hasn't been corrected in three months of complaining to you - do NOT have your customer service person attempt to sell me your dsl services, an upgraded calling package or any of that other shit. For when this happens, I become angry and want to shout epithets at the person on the other end of the phone, whom I realize is just doing her job but whom is a handy target for my disgust with you, oh mighty communications conglomerate.
