The older kid I "nanny" (and yes, nanny is being used as a verb here) is six. He has been reading since he was 3 and is also very precocious in math. Today he had homework that took him about 30 seconds to finish. The homework consisted of a cartoon picture of a telephone with several of the numbers missing. He quickly filled in the numbers and then proceeded to draw a hand reaching for the phone, "action" marks on the receiver and a person with a thought balloon over his head saying "Wrong number! Try again!" I laughed and then he added a mark under the cartoon person's nose and said "Look Laura, a booger!" I blame myself.
